If we could give the Mirzo Boutique Hotel 100 stars, we would. It’s beautiful, in a great location, and the service is outstanding. The hotel itself is designed to echo the interior of a Silk Road caravan stop, or caravanserie, with an expansive inner courtyard, large arches leading to the rooms, and ornate stone and tile work throughout. It’s a beautiful and serene location. The rooms aren’t fancy, but they are thoughtfully arranged. And most importantly, they are comfortable and quiet. We slept incredibly well, and in the mornings we enjoyed the variety of choices offered at the breakfast buffet, including the fresh fruit. The location was perfect for exploring the city: near several metro stations, within walking distance of the Chorsu Market and the City Park, and just really well situated overall. Last but not least, the quality of the service at the Mirzo Boutique Hotel was exceptional. Every staff person we encountered was friendly, but Abdulaziz, the manager, went above and beyond. He really helped us get oriented during our first days in Uzbekistan, from helping us get small change for the metro, finding taxis, looking for theater tickets, and - ultimately - finding us last minute rooms in the Mirzo when a family emergency required us to return to Tashkent earlier than expected and we needed to stay two additional nights. Throughout both our stays, Abdulziz was an absolutely fantastic host, and we are deeply grateful to him for how welcome and comfortable he made us feel during our stay.

Incredibly friendly staff, accommodating and wonderful people. We had an accident, my girlfriend fell and broke her arm while walking around Tashkent. The hotel manager drove us to the emergency room, stayed with us as a translator until she got her lancet, visited several pharmacies with me to find all the prescribed medications and returned us home - because this lovely little hotel with a beautiful garden became our home for the next week until got a cast. And we were supposed to stay only one weekend. Plus, it is exceptionally tidy, in a great location between the old and the new town, with an abundant and rich breakfast. I would recommend it to anyone, and we will be back here next year. Let me try to sum up: the staff speaks excellent English, they will help with everything, from how to change money, how to activate a taxi app, where is a good restaurant... They know everything. The rooms are clean, quiet, warm (after all, it's February). With all this written before, you may regret not being there already. Greetings from Franjo and Melisa (February, 2024.)

The 'Deluxe Double Room with Extra Bed' that I booked (it had been the last one available for these dates) was big (45 square meters) and well furnished. The bed was excellent. The bathroom was big too, although with shower, bidet and bathtub almost a bit exaggerated. Room service was quick and perfect. The whole building, although new, is in traditional style, thus a foretaste of Samarkand. In the courtyard are also two rooms in the form of yurts. There was an excellent choice for breakfast with plenty of fruit and several Uzbek cooked items (although cold). Very good coffee. Location of the hotel is convenient, just opposite the dome of the State Circus, which is a good help for orientation, when walking through the nearby old quarter and the big Chorsu market. Two metro stations are in a distance of a 5 and 7 minutes walk. Transfers by the hotel from and to the airport and railway station are 15 USD.

This definitely is one of the best places I have ever stayed such a beautiful hotel and gardens rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are courteous and polite everyone is always helpful. Abdul Aziz went out of his way to help us when our flights got messed up so we didn’t arrive until the day of check out we literally only had a few hours to check in and check out. He kindly extended our check out and arranged a car and driver for us so we could at least see a bit of Tashkent before we left on our night train. They kept our bags and even arranged our taxi to the train station. Abdul Aziz went up and beyond any expectations we had great customer service and a beautiful hotel.

Personnel of the hotel is suberb. Everybody is really helpfull and friendly. It was a big pleasure to discuss with them and ask different kind of questions from them. They answered always very friendly. Our rooms very really clean and comfortable. They were over our expections. Also breakfast was good and the room is nice, where breakfast was served. We were really satisfied our stay in Mirzo Boutique Hotel in Tashkent. Everything was just perfect. We could like to send our big thanks and regards to owners and personell of Mirzo Hotel. Thank you and all the best to everyone.
